We will liaise with property agents of your behalf through checks & referencing and documentation
Secure the property for you with key handling service to ensure you are handed keys on your arrival at your new home
Location Report
Comprehensive report on chosen location
School Report + Admissions Plan
Local schools search with reports to compare schools. We also assist you in the admission of your child/children
Property Viewings
Property Viewing(s) with Reports on each - includes photos and videos of the properties and surrounding neighbourhood
Assistance with finding a Property
We assist you liaising with property agents through checks & referencing, documentation to secure your new home.
Helping you buy a property
We help you with location, property viewings, offer process, liaising with legal services, we can recommend you solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. We will guide you through offer to completion.
Concierge / Settling In Service
We can help you set up your essential utilities; Water/ Electric/ Gas Bills, Council Tax, opening bank accounts etc. We can also carry out basic food shopping to for your arrival.
Purchasing and assembling basic furniture and essentials ready for your arrival. E.g. beds with linen, sofa, TV, table, chairs, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils etc.
Purchasing a Vehicle/Car - We can help you purchase a vehicle with insurance ready for you to drive
